  they will never do my taxes again, we moved from Florida , went to do my taxes with them, I'm not a CPA but I was expecting that they will know about taxes. they charged me for state taxes, federal taxes and city taxes , i wasnt suppose to declare city taxes but i was suppose to do school district taxes . the guy didnt know nothing about. they never return what i pay that i dint have to. im still waiting for the District manager call and the person who did my taxes was mad at me because of his mistake. I will never do my taxes again with them

  I set up an appointment yesterday, 2/1/16 for a 7 pm appointment. We got there at 6:55 and was told it would be another hour due to them taking walk-ins. My phone number was on the online form, but yet no one called to tell me they were running that far behind. I mentioned that as well and he didn't really have an answer for me. I called H&R Block right down the other side of 256 and they had a 10 minute wait. We drove down there and only waited 5 minutes then someone came and got us to do our taxes. Horrible customer service by JH. Will never go there again. After all, isn't this the point of having an appointment? H&R Block on 256 down by Max & Erma's are all so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them!
